Ingredients
  1. 1 cup plain flour
  2. 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
  3. 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  4. 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  5. 1 tsp
  6. flaky sea salt
  7. 1/4 cup olive oil
  8. 1 tsp chilli oil
  9. 1/2 cup water
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 160 degrees c
  2. Mix together all the dry ingredients, then make a well in the middle and add the water and oil.
  3. Stir together until a dough is formed. You may need to adjust (add more wholemeal) it if it is too sticky.
  4. Take about a third of the dough and roll it out as thinly as possible.
  5. Using a sharp knife cut the dough into large triangles, dont worry about being too precise!
  6. Carefully place onto a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until crisp.
Notes
  1. You can easily change the flavour of your lavosh. Try substituting chilli flakes with cumin or dried rosemary. I also think these would work well gluten free with a mix of gram or rice flour, just a bit trickier to roll. Enjoy!
